The School Age Child Care Program strives to provide a safe environment where staff strive to meet the emotional, social, and physical needs of the children.  A nurturing environment for all children, with respect for self and others.  We are pleased to be part of your family’s childcare experience and look forward to a wonderful school year.

Parents, please note that SACC registration is on a first come, first served basis and we enroll students based on our ability to maintain adequate staffing per LARA Licensing.  NO drop-ins allowed! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Registrations will be online using Eleyo and will require tuition to be prepaid weekly using AutoPay (credit/debit card). NO ACH payments will be accepted! 

Registrations will remain pending until reviewed and approved by a Program Director. 

If your child(ren) is scheduled to attend and is absent, no refunds or adjustments will be issued.

SACC Hours 6:45-8:50 AM and 3:39-6:00 PM

Existing families should use current username and password.  Please do not create a new account.

Once your registration application is submitted through Eleyo, you must receive the registration approval email before your child may attend.

  3. Current / New Families - Registration begins the week of August 12th.
  4. Program registration and tuition will be online and AutoPay (credit/debit card) required. NO ACH payments will be accepted!
  5. Registrations will be pending until approved by the Program Director.
  6. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $35 per child with a maximum of $70 per family.

Time: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Thursday

Summer camp closed June 30th - July 3rd

  4. Summer SACC Age Limits - Exiting Kindergarten thru exiting 5th grade.  Must have completed Kindergarten.
  5. Current 24/25 CVS SACC Families - Registration begins April 28th thru May 11th. 
  6. New CVS SACC Families - Registration begins May 12th thru May 25th.  
  7. Any students outside of the CVS district will be placed on a waiting list until accommodations become available.    
  8. Program registration and tuition will be online and AutoPay (credit/debit card) required. NO ACH payments will be accepted!
  9. Registrations will be pending until approved by the Program Director.
