15,000 Reasons to Give!
#GivingTuesday
Please join us in celebrating the National Day of Giving. This special day, also known as #GivingTuesday, is a global initiative for communities to support non-profit organizations. By donating to the Chippewa Valley Educational Foundation, you can help provide grants and scholarships for our 15,000 students.
We need your help more than ever!
Due to the pandemic, our fundraising efforts have been limited. We have not been able to host our largest event of the year, A Taste for Education. In this unprecedented environment, it is still our goal to provide students with outstanding educational opportunities.
Last year the Foundation was able to award over $21,000 in grants to fund materials for Math, ELA, Science, History, and more. Flexible seating, standing desks, and throwable microphones were provided to make classrooms more engaging. Constant Cars for Physics, Graphing Calculators, STEM for CLP, and Tools 4 Reading are just a few of the classroom materials that enhanced learning for students.
Over $66,000 in scholarships were awarded to 84 deserving high school graduates.
Make a difference in our community today.
We appreciate the generous support of our donors. A gift of any size will make a difference and an impact in our schools. We are only able to help our students and teachers with the support of families, community members, and local businesses.
Sponsor A Seat
And leave a lasting memory!
The Chippewa Valley Educational Foundation is offering the opportunity to sponsor a seat in our high school auditoriums. With your donation, you will receive an engraved plate on the armrest of a seat of your choice at Dakota or Chippewa Valley High School.
With a donation of $200, you can honor a student, graduate, favorite teacher, retiree, family member, or a company by permanently placing their name on a seat. Your gift will support the Fine Arts, as well as unique classroom grants and scholarships for the 15,000 students that attend Chippewa Valley Schools.
Simply fill out the Sponsor A Seat form, and get started on leaving a lasting memory!
