School Age Child Care - SACC

The School Age Child Care Program (S.A.C.C.) strives to provide a safe environment where staff strive to meet the emotional, social, and physical needs of the children.  A nurturing environment for all children, with respect for self and others.  We are pleased to be part of your family’s childcare experience and look forward to a wonderful school year.

S.A.C.C. is available to students in Kindergarten through fifth grade, currently attending Chippewa Valley Schools. 

Parents, please note that S.A.C.C. registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is determined by our ability to maintain the staffing ratios required by LARA licensing regulations. Submitting a registration does not guarantee placement in the program. Please be advised that drop-in attendance is not permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Registration will be completed online through Eleyo. Weekly tuition must be prepaid using AutoPay with a valid credit or debit card. An active credit or debit card must remain on file in AutoPay at all times. Please note that ACH (checking or savings account), cash, and check payments are NOT accepted. Failure to comply may result in your child being dismissed from enrollment and/or the S.A.C.C. Program.

All registrations will remain in pending status until they have been reviewed and approved by a Program Director.

If your child is scheduled to attend but is absent, no refunds, credits, or tuition adjustments will be issued.

Morning: 6:45-8:50 AM
After School: 3:39-6:00 PM

Registration

  • Existing families should use current username and password.  Please do not create a new account.
  • Once your registration application is submitted through Eleyo, you must receive the registration approval email before your child may attend.

  3. CVS Students - Registration opens on August 17, 2026.
  4. Program registration and tuition will be online and AutoPay with a valid credit or debit card is required. Please note that ACH (checking or savings account), cash, and check payments are not accepted. Failure to comply may result in your child being dismissed from enrollment and/or the S.A.C.C. Program. 
  5. All registrations will remain in pending status until they have been reviewed and approved by a Program Director.
  6. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $40 per child with a maximum of $80 per family.

  4. Rate/hour per child is $5.25.
  5. Summer S.A.C.C. Age Requirements: CVS exiting Kindergarten thru exiting 5th grade.  Children must have completed Kindergarten to be eligible.
  6. CVS students may register from April 20 - May 24, 2026.
  7. Parents, please note that S.A.C.C. registration is on a first come, first served basis and we enroll students based on our ability to maintain adequate staffing per LARA Licensing. Drop-ins must be pre-approved by Program Director. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 
  8. Program registration and tuition will be online through Eleyo and AutoPay (credit/debit card) is required. A valid credit/debit card must remain on file and active in AutoPay at all times. ACH (checking/savings), cash, and check payments are NOT accepted.

If both summer locations are full, new registrations will be placed on a waiting list and held in pending status. Families will be notified if a spot becomes available, and registration fees will not be processed until approved.
