Russell Zampich is a  Culinary Arts Instructor. He has his  Bachelors Degree in Vocational Education  from Ferris State University; where Chef graduated with high honors;Summa Cum Laude.  He also has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences, Certificates in Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Food Production from Macomb Community College.  Chef Zampich is constantly continuing his education by returning to various schools. Chef has been in the industry since he was 15 years old and has been an Executive Chef for over  25 years. He went  through  a similar culinary arts program at Chippewa Valley High School(Graduate 1989).  Through-out  Chef Zampich's career he has competed in several international and local culinary art compititions. Winning Best of Show, four gold medals, three silver medals, and several bronze medals. He also received his Certified Executive Chef(CEC) designation through the American Culinary Federation(ACF) in 2012.  Chef has also earned his ACF CCE(Certified Culinary Educator) January of 2022.Chef Zampich is also a member of the American Culinary Federation and the Michigan Chefs de Cuisine Association.
