PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports) is a program designed to teach and reinforce positive behaviors.

The PBIS theme at Chippewa Valley is built on the concept of Big Red PRIDE with these values:

Prepared, Respectful, Integrity, Dedicated, Engaged

At the beginning of the year and monthly our teachers will teach and discuss the PRIDE character traits and recognize students who are demonstrating those traits. Each month we will have a PRIDE day to focus on one or more of these positive behaviors.
