2026 Algonquin Football Information

Fall Sports Picture Day

Picture day for football and volleyball will be on Friday, September 25th after school. Students need to bring their game attire to wear for pictures that day. About a week after pictures are taken, parents can order pictures from the photo company's website. You should receive an email from the photography company to whatever email you provided to the school. If you have any questions, please email Mr. Trombley (DTrombley02@cvs.k12.mi.us)

2026 Athletics Code of Conduct

Below you will find a link to the Chippewa Valley Athletics Code of Conduct. Parents and athletes should read through the code of conduct together. After reading it, athletes should copy the statement below the link to the code of conduct and paste it into an email to Mr. Trombley (DTrombley02@cvs.k12.mi.us). Ignore the last page of the code of conduct requiring signatures. The email to Mr. Trombley will act as your signature on the code of conduct. If you have any questions, or the link to the code of conduct doesn't work, please let Mr. Trombley know.

Algonquin Football Remind101 2026 Season

All student athletes AND parents need to sign up for the Algonquin football Remind101. Mr. Trombley and coaches will send time-sensitive and important information through this group. Times for practices the week before school starts are likely to change based on what times the building is open. Please sign up for this so you don't miss practice. After a student joins the football team or makes the cut to be on the volleyball team, please sign up for the team's Remind101 and complete the online paperwork.

Online Paperwork- We are currently in the process of switching to a new platform for registration for sports. Mr. Trombley will update this section as soon as the details are finalized. Don't worry about registration until Mr. Trombley communicates more information through this page and Remind101.

Utica Schools Admission Charge for Football Games-

The Utica middle schools charge $1 admission fee at their home football games. Please be prepared to pay this charge when Algonquin plays at their middle schools.

Our Football Program offers your child coaches with a wealth of experience in all levels of Football. We have caring coaches whose number one goal is teach fundamentals and teach the players responsibility, teamwork, and academics. Our main focus is to give players the best possible football experience.

Here is how to get to us easily

From the North

Groesbeck to 16 mile. Turn right. Go over the railroad tracks and turn into Charter Oaks Condominium complex on your right hand side. Briarwood Lane will be the first street on your left

From the South

Head north on Garfield Road. Make a right onto 16 Mile Road. Pass Moravian. Make a Michigan left onto Charter Oaks Blvd about 1/4 past Moravian. Briarwood Lane will be the first street on your left

From the East

Head west on 16 mile toward Groesbeck. Once you pass Groesbeck and go over the railroad tracks, turn right into Charter Oaks Condominium Complex. Briarwood Lane will be the first street on your left.

From the West

Head east on 16 mile toward Groesbeck. Once you pass Moravian, make a Michigan left about 1/4 mile past Moravian into Charter Oaks Condominium Complex. Briarwood Lane will be the first street on your left.
