Weight Training / Basketball Training
6th, 7th and 8th grade students are able to come before school (6:45am - 7:45am) to participate in a monitored weight training and basketball program. This is a free club and a permission slip must be obtained from Mr. Bickers.
Students must enter through the back of the school in the strength and conditioning room door.
This program is not intended to serve as a babysitting service, but rather an avenue for serious middle school athletes to improve their athletic performace through training and practice.
