Custodial staff management including custodial care of all district buildings, scheduling sub custodian services, coordination of bond project work with custodial tasks.

Grounds
Lawn, ground and shrub maintenance of all district property including lawn irrigation, repair and maintenance of playground equipment, maintenance and marking of sports fields, transporting education materials between buildings, snow removal and salting of all district properties.

Maintenance
Maintenance of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems in all district buildings, maintenance of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general building repair of all district buildings, coordination of all existing mechanical systems with bond issue mechanical changes.
